Follow through what you ask for , especially cleaning

Location is good . The lobby prople are nice , the girls always smike . The door man is on his toes

The cleaning staff are lazy , no fresh towels or soap , they do a bad job cleaning . The beddings are low budget , keeps on falling out of its place . The aircon could be much better

Breakfast was good, location good.

Good if there was a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee at least with complimentary tea bags or coffee, sugar, esp. when you check in late and needs something to relax with a cup of something at least. There was a water dispenser outside the room but there's no water inside.

bring your firestick, laptops , enjoy. was comfortable beds,extra sofa made a bed for our 6 yr old

walking distance to sm city, short ride to ayala, us consulate and they upgraded us for free. We will return for appointments and cebu city shopping as we live far south about 2 hours.

they need a color copier for visitors, The cable tv has the cheapest package.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff was amazing as usual. Location was close to everything. Safe and secure. Ws even able to go jogging to Ayala Mall close by. 7-11 downstairs convenient for food, snacks, water and other amenities. Grab drivers arrived in 5 minutes or less made transportation so easy and convenient.

Bathroom was flooding a bit which was bearable and the door would not open all the way. Housekeeping was fantastic tho always made up my room great and provided bottles Still a great stay nonetheless.

I feel safe. I like the location. The guards are helpful.

No good supplies of toiletries, i need to call for tissue for the bathroom. Soap and shampoos? not enough, they only gave us on the first day. Hot water is not working properly in our room. Handheld shower is not working. Early Take out breakfast we requested was disappointing.

Its location and the receptionist when I checked in was so nice and very accommodating. She deserves a raised in salary!

The AC unit in my room creates a sound that is almost loud that kinda affect my sleep.

The front desk staff were nice.

The property/manager did not follow or honor the booking policy on booking.com when I wanted to cancel my booking. The room was very basic, extremely loud aircon that for some reason acted as a loudspeaker for the traffic and noise outside, the breakfast was terrible with only one option on offer when I went up for breakfast within the allotted time and the room was infested with ants.

The location is very accessible

The room is so small. We were 4 people and they squeezed us to a double deck room with 1 sofa bed. The bedroom space was so small. We felt suffocated and it's like the room lacks ventilation We asked for room keeping and made us wait for 30 minutes and it didn't came. We left the hotel and reminded the reception to make up our room, when we went back around 11pm the room hasn't been kept.

Good value for money. Hotel quite new and neat. Room is a bit small, no table to put a laptop, just the bed side tables. No door to separate the room from the bathroom. Breakfast included is fine, not a buffet...... Anyway, it was okay for two days stay there.

New hotel, small but ‘cozy’ rooms. Friendly staff. Convenience store co-located. Excellent location. Overall, a fine budget hotel.

Breakfast was just ok. Hotel interior and exterior could get loud at times.

The size of the suite room. It's comfortable.

Towels - most of it were dirty and a lot of hairs sticked onto it. Bedsheet- it was also not as clean. Frontdesk staff during the night - when I called her regarding the towel that I want it changed because it's very dirty, she just told me that maybe I've mistaken it as a rag in a sarcastic way. Not a good way of communicating to guest.

Skycable TV. Internet signal is strong. Drinking water refilling just in front of my room.

Bathroom. Opening of door hit the toilet bowl. Room space not good.
